Physiotherapy patients submitting self referrals must be between the ages of 20 and 64, have no extended health care benefits for physiotherapy, no ODSP, no Ontario Works, and the injury cannot be due to an Motor Vehicle Accident or WSIB. People who have recently had surgery may qualify at the hospital or community physiotherapy clinic.
